Mareze was founded by operators from five-star hospitality and prime residential management — people who had spent years inside properties where presentation, discretion and reliability are not optional.

We saw the same gap, again and again: cleaning treated as a commodity rather than an operation. So we built Mareze as the opposite — a small, accountable, standards-led firm that runs each property the way a great hotel runs its rooms.

Today we look after a quiet roster of private estates, family offices and commercial landlords across the UK. We are deliberately selective. Our work is most often found by referral.
